What is Establishments?
Establishments is the management and recording of the University's organisation structure, positions and staffing profile at a specific time. Establishments information includes:
Organisation Charts - contains ECU organisational charts for faculties and centres in order to display individual organisational structures and reporting relationships;
Position Management - details the process for increasing (creating new), decreasing (disestablishing existing) and modifying organisational structures and staff positions.
Position Classification Standards - details examples of the criteria that positions are evaluated against.
Position Descriptions Library - contains all staff positions within ECU, specifting that details, scope, purpose, accountabilities and required competencies for each position at ECU
HR Delegations - defines the respective authority and a list of accountabilities for HR activities;
