Melanie Mola, Team Leader

With over 15 years of human resource services experience, Melanie leads the HR Account Manager Team. Melanie has worked as a HR practitioner in the accounting, mining, consulting, small business and higher education sectors. Particular areas of expertise are in culture change management and process improvement. Melanie speaks to local and regional groups about people management practices and has been a sessional tutor at ECU. Melanie has a Bachelor of Business, Double Major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Law degree from ECU.

Lesley Roza, Senior HR Account Manager

Lesley has worked in various HR roles over the last 20 years gaining experience in professional development, personnel and payroll issues and industrial relations. She joined ECU’s Employee Relations team in 2003 and has focussed on equity issues, grievance coordination and the provision of industrial advice as part of that team. Lesley graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce with a Double Major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations.

Linda Horton, HR Account Manager

Joining the team in March 2009, Linda’s HR career spans local government, media publishing and the mining sector. An experienced HR generalist, Linda has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Psychology & Anthropology) brings a wealth of diverse activity to the role with particular strengths in local and overseas recruitment.

Kim Brayshaw, HR Account Manager

Kim has a very strong background in customer service having worked for many years in the Health Industry in nursing and medical administrative positions. After 2 years in FBSC, Kim joined Human Resources as part of the Recruitment and Benefit team where she has been for the past 4.5 years. As the Senior Recruitment and Benefits Officer, Kim has gained extensive experience in the hiring practices at ECU and has a broad knowledge of remuneration, specialising in superannuation and in sourcing, implementing and promoting employee benefits.

David Benetti, HR Account Manager

David has been working as a HR professional for over 5 years, where David has gained most of his experience in generalist type roles in the health, mining, and oil and gas sectors. Particular areas of expertise are in process improvement, training, recruitment, and performance management. David has completed a Diploma of Business with a major in Human Resource Management and is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University.
