What's New

As part of our annual practice, HRSC are currently conducting its annual review processes for Academic Promotions in preparation for the 2012 round. This review will see the introduction of the Academic Staff Performance Expectations and Outcomes (ASPEO) Framework.

Additionally, HR are taking the opportunity to review the timing of the delivery of Academic Promotion with the round proposed to open at a later stage (June to October) in the year. Academic staff will be notified in due course of the new schedule and will be given sufficient time to prepare their application.

Academic Staff are encouraged to be familiar with the ASPEO Framework and discuss with their Head of School, their intention for promotion, in preparation for the round.
