Overview of 2008 ECU Staff Survey Results
The ECU staff survey went ‘live’ on 13 July 2008 and was open for three weeks, attracting considerable interest with 1,259 staff responding, a significantly higher number of responses than in previous years. The Main Report with the aggregated set of the full survey results is available here

More specific survey results will be provided for each area, including business-unit level (where response numbers allow). This will be communicated through the Head of each Faculty and Centre for dissemination to their staff. The survey results will then be reviewed as part of the annual planning and review process across faculties and centres.
Early in 2009, Human Resources Service Centre will organise University-wide focus groups to improve our understanding of staff concerns expressed through some of the lower scores. The full staff feedback process will culminate in recommendations to the Senior Executive Team on improvements to staffing policy and practice and this will occur in mid-2009.
